When I look back at some of the things that I said to my mother when I was a teenager, I cringe and ask God for forgiveness. To honor your parents, your words should honor them as well as your actions.

In Matthew 12:34, Jesus says “You brood of vipers, how can you who are evil say anything good? For the mouth speaks what the heart is full of.”.
